I am one of Perth's youngest celebrants and I have had the best time marrying a bunch of laid-back lovers since becoming registered and authorised in September 2021. People always ask me how I ended up in the world of weddings, so here's the thing:

I always had an inkling that I wanted to marry couples. A random pull and connection to weddings. Maybe I've just read too many Nicholas Sparks novels and listened to too many Taylor Swift songs? Who knows. No regrets 😂

I always found myself crying over random proposal videos on YouTube (still do sometimes tbh) and I've always had a knack for writing creatively and for public speaking. I took the leap and started studying mid-pandemic while also planning my own wedding and boy oh boy did I learn some tips and tricks along the way.

My favourite part of a ceremony is always the aisle walk, that moment is always super euphoric and there is nothing quite like it. I’m a strong believer that all we want in this world is to love and be loved, and it’s such a privilege to get to see that come to life.
