Access to my beautiful vow card holders so everything looks pretty and polished in your photos
One rehearsal in-person or virtually if required (further travel fees may apply for locations further than 100km round-trip from Merriwa)
Access to my comprehensive rehearsal guide if you want to get all the hot tips but aren’t too fussed about an in person run-through
Schnazzy Sennheiser Microphone and Bose S1 Pro PA system so that your guests can hear all the goodness. Back-up corded mic too (AKG D5)
Use of my pre-ceremony wedding playlist to set the mood as your guests arrive

Performance of the ceremony
“The pretty certificate” Or the commemorative marriage certificate popped in an envelope with your vows and my printed wedding script so that you can reflect on your ceremony for years to come

COCKTAIL HOUR OF POWER
The ceremony is done, you did the thing and it’s now post-ceremony, pre-reception. Let me be your professional bestie!
In this extra hour or so, I can:
Assist your photographers with rounding up your fave people for photos. (I can do this with my mic and PA system if required, I will work with your photographer and their preference)
Keep some tunes playing through my PA so there aren’t any awkward silences
Get you both a drink and grab some food before your fam and friends eat it all (My husband and I never got arancini from our own wedding, the pain still lives on)
Collect your cards and gifts so that your guests don’t have to carry them around
Get the supplies you may need like tissues, your handbag, make-up etc so that you can feel fresh before your photos and before heading into your reception
Encourage guests to use the photo booth, sign the guest book or snap Polaroid pictures!
I can also take Polaroid/Kodak shots and pretend for a hot minute that I’m a professional photog
Speaking of being a pretend photographer, I’m happy to be the gal that runs around to people offering to take their photo with their own devices, rather than them trying to awkwardly snap selfies because they don’t want to have to ask anyone to take their photo (IYKYK).

MASTER OF CEREMONIES
Don’t want the fun to end? Let me get the party started as your official Master of Ceremonies (MC)!
Inclusions - A fun time. And possibly me breaking out the worm. Kidding!
That’s not all…
6-8 weeks before your wedding we will catch up to talk through the plan for the night. Together, we will create a timeline and run sheet which I will use to keep your party pumpin’ (and on track).
I’ve got you covered with all the essentials. From relevant house-keeping to the grand entrance of the wedding party, coordination of speeches, food and drink service, first dances, any games if you’re that way inclined and of course, opening up the dancefloor for the rest of the night to kick on!
I will liaise with your vendors before and on the day, and keep the night running smoothly so that you can let your hair down and soak up the joy.
